The polymer dosing system is an continuous integrated dry powder (coagulants) dissolving and dosing device. It consists of a water supply system, a dry powder dosing system, a dissolving and maturing system, and a control system.
While working, the dry powder enters the premixer from the screw conveyor at the bottom of the hopper to be premixed with clean water. The powder enters the preparation tank for dilution and mixing, and is prepared according to the user's required concentration; then it flows to the storage tank from preparation tank through the maturation tank. When the storage tank liquid level is at a high level, the preparation process automatically stops, and when the solution drops to a low level, the batching process automatically starts.
Mixing devices are set in all three tanks to fully ensure the dilution and maturation. The preparation flow and concentration can be determined by adjusting the water inlet flow and adjusting the screw conveyor speed. For higher automation, here we can customize control system composed of Delta VFD, Omron level meter and AirTac electronic control. Then it has high automation, stable performance, reliable operation, simple and clear menu operation.
