The third step is to thoroughly clean the filter cloth and filter plate. The filter cloth is a key component of filtration. If mud is attached to its frame, it will damage the sealing performance of the filter plate; the residual material between the filter cloth and the filter plate will also prevent the filter plate from fitting tightly. After each operation, the filter cloth needs to be cleaned with high-pressure water to remove debris between the frame and the filter plate to maintain the air permeability of the filter cloth and the sealing of the filter plate.

The fourth step is to check whether the rack is flat. Deformation of the rack will cause uneven arrangement of the filter plates, resulting in gaps and leakage. After long-term use, the flatness of the rack needs to be checked regularly. If deformation or looseness is found, the manufacturer should be contacted for professional maintenance in time to avoid aggravating equipment loss due to rack problems.
