2. Daily maintenance of belt conveyor requires regular inspections and corresponding records:

• It is strictly forbidden to start the belt conveyor with load. Before operation, the material on the belt must be checked and removed;

• Check the transmission system and timely oil the lubrication parts such as reducers and bearings;

• Check the vibration and temperature of the accessory bearings;

• Check whether the belt is running off, slipping, and the joints are loose. If necessary, adjustments and repairs are required;

• Check whether the rollers and rollers rotate flexibly;

• Check whether the frame and various connection parts are damaged or loose.
