Mud leakage often occurs during the operation of diaphragm filter press: valve adjustment or damage; valve oil leakage; oil cylinder seal ring damage; pipeline oil leakage; electromagnetic reversing valve is not in place (generally this reason); plunger pump damage (generally this reason); insufficient position, check the level gauge.
The sludge filter press adopts proportional valve, the hydraulic system has a wide range of problems, and the inspection is difficult, which requires step-by-step inspection. Dirty oil, impurities in the hydraulic oil, wear of the one-way valve core midway or failure of the plunger oil pump, interference with the proportional valve signal, etc. will cause the diaphragm sludge filter press to fail to maintain pressure during operation. The normal service life of the oil cylinder O-ring is generally 2-3 years. It is recommended to replace the oil cylinder seal ring first.
The mud distribution of the sludge filter press is uneven: the mud distribution device is installed too high and cannot flatten the mud. The position of the mud distributor needs to be adjusted. The mud distributor is partially blocked, resulting in uneven mud distribution in the local area, and the blockage needs to be cleared. The mud rake is severely worn locally, which greatly reduces the sludge filtering effect of the local sludge. After entering the pressing area, it is still highly fluid and needs to be replaced. The anti-scraper is unevenly worn, and the plate surface is wavy, resulting in uneven thickness of the mud in this area, which needs to be replaced.
Caused by the filter plate filtering material. The filter material contains hard and large solid particles, which can also cause the filter plate of the sludge filter press to be easily damaged. During the filtration process, this hard and coarse solid particles will accumulate in the filter chamber. As more and more solid particles accumulate, various hard particles accumulate together, and the sludge filter press automatically provides a force to squeeze the filter cake onto the filter plate. As we all know, force is mutual, and the uneven distribution of hard particles in the filter chamber can also cause the filter plate of the sludge filter press to be easily damaged.
The damage of the sludge filter press causes the filter plate to be unevenly stressed, and the pressure of the sludge filter press itself will damage the filter plate. The damage mentioned here refers to the deformation and unevenness of the filter plate, the inconsistency between the edge of the filter plate and the boss height, or the direct wear of the edge during the use of the sludge filter press. The above damaged filter plates are not easy to see. If this kind of filter plate that looks sick but is not damaged is used together with other filter plates, during the operation of the sludge filter press, the pressure provided by the equipment on the filter plate is very high and the time is also very long, which will inevitably cause a lot of or long-term damage to other filter plates.
