1. Operators must be familiar with the contents of the instruction manual and operate, adjust, use and repair in strict accordance with the requirements of the manual.
2. Use high-quality filter cloth, the filter cloth should not be damaged, and the sealing surface should not be wrinkled or overlapped.
3. Regularly check whether the installation of the machine parts and components is safe, whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the hydraulic system is leaking, and whether the transmission parts are flexible and reliable.
4. Regularly check whether the hydraulic oil quality and oil level meet the requirements and whether the oil is pure. The area around the hydraulic system should be kept clean, waterproof and dustproof.
5. After each startup, carefully observe the working condition of the machine. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
6. The oil temperature in the oil tank should not be higher than 60℃; water and dust are strictly prohibited from entering the oil tank; the oil filter on the hydraulic station should be cleaned frequently. The electrical control part should be tested for insulation performance once a month, and damaged electrical components should be replaced or repaired in time.
7. After using the filter press for one month, the oil tank, oil circuit, oil cylinder, etc. should be cleaned and replaced with qualified new oil. After that, it should be replaced and cleaned every six months.
8. During operation, the filtering pressure, pressing pressure, and liquid temperature are not allowed to exceed the specified values. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the plate frame is missing or the displacement of the pressing plate is greater than the piston stroke.
9. When starting the oil pump in winter, the hydraulic oil should be heated as needed. It can only be put into use when the oil temperature rises to above 15°C. Low-freezing point hydraulic oil should be used in high-cold areas.
10. It is strictly forbidden to adjust the equipment under working conditions. It is strictly forbidden to start the machine when the pressure gauge is damaged or not installed.
11. When starting the new oil pipe for the first time, personnel must not approach the high-pressure oil pipe.
12. The filter press should pay great attention to the pressing condition and should not be overloaded for a long time to avoid burning the motor or damaging parts.
13. Check and clean the inlet and outlet channels frequently to ensure unobstructed.
14. When unloading slag, rinse the filter cloth and plate frame as needed to ensure that there is no debris on the sealing surface.
15. Relative moving parts should be lubricated regularly.
16. When the machine is out of service for a long time, it should be stored in a ventilated and dry room. The hydraulic system should be filled with oil, and other leaking processing surfaces should be coated with anti-rust oil. Storage should be placed in a sheltered place with a relative humidity of less than 80% and a temperature of 15-40°C without corrosive media.
17. The filter plate and filter frame must not come into contact with oil, acid, alkali or other substances that are detrimental to the plate and frame. They should be kept away from heat sources and avoid sun and rain.
18. When the diaphragm is pressed, the material must fill the filter chamber before pressing. After pressing, the filter plate can be opened for unloading only after the air is exhausted to avoid diaphragm rupture. The compressed air pipeline should be checked frequently during work. If the air pipe falls off or leaks seriously, the air inlet valve should be closed immediately and the air release valve should be opened. It can only be used after repair.
